drrtl, I think we all agree it looks like IDCC has a good position in TD-SCDMA but Martin's comment to you suggests the existing technology might dominate?

"MARTIN BLOCH: And at this moment, we don't know which one is going to be awarded what magnitude. My present guess is with the time pressure that is outstanding to get the infrastructure up by 2008, there will be more of the existing technology that will be built out rather than the TD-SCDMA because again that technology hasn't been fully broken in."
