I hope I am wrong for shareholders sake but I don’t believe I am and based on jakes actions I would say I am probably not wrong. See below.

During the term of this agreement, RAADR shall not publish, operate or maintain the licensed programs, whether or not for its own benefit.

No gray area with that statement.
There is no other way to interpret that than RDAR can’t even use their own product. Really that whole paragraph is pretty straight forward. Strips RDAR of its rights and gives them all to raadr security until 2020.

First line gives raadr security exclusive rights not allowing RDAR to license product to anyone else. Last line cements it by taking all rights from RDAR to even operate their own program. So for $300 total RDAR has 0 rights to the product, or any revenues created by the product under raadr security.
