Abut the OS=3M: PLEASE DO THIS

If you will see my earlier posts, I have done everything, email, TA, Company, CEO, phone calls and actively working with the SEC.

All Of You Do This

Send an email (addresses below) either to the company and cc the SEC or write to SEC and cc the company.

Explain that you as investors are forced to file SC 13G assuming the OS is 3.06M while neither the TA nor the company is responding to either phone calls or emails to give the current OS numbers. This is unfair to so many investors. The company has a fiduciary responsibility to respond to the investors.


Don't think that no one is reading this generic email at SEC. Each email gets assigned a number and assigned to a caseworker. If it is escalated as I did, then it gets assigned to an attorney.

If you do this, each of your emails will be assigned a case number and attached to the primary case # opened by me.

You can even call the SEC and talk. Not long wait.

Company General Email: [e-mail]

Use both company emails as the info one is listed on OTC and the company is supposed to respond to that email.
