Agreed. I am aware that NITE got caught with the naked shorting. They made way more money and could therefore justify the fines. There needs to be a sweeping overhaul in all of these categories. Instead the regulators should stop wasting their time on forgetting to check a checkbox on pieces of paper and mundane stuff like that.

Just my humble opinion, of course.
