Finally things are looking up BIG!

It appears finally that people want what we have known all along that we have the best of the best small arms simulators on the planet. I'm looking forward to of course many new sales announcements but what really intrigues me is how we are going to utilize this new iso9000 manufacturing facility beyond the production of our own products.

this rfp below I found several weeks ago will give you a little more insight on the marines forces reserve deal that was recently announced...at least I think that's what this deal is.

Description

Marine Forces Reserve, Regional Contracting Office of New Orleans, LA intends to award a sole source fixed price Contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to VirTra Systems, 512 Saint Paul Street, Denver, CO 80206 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1.. The purpose of this procurement is to provide 360 degree photorealistic immersive virtual simulation turnkey training solution for a 12-Month period with a guaranteed level of training performance. One (1) IVR-4G 300? simulators at the CONUS location of the Marine Forces Reserve?s choosing. This system will be configured for 1-6 trainees, utilizing their own standard duty weapons. VirTra Systems will conduct ?Train the Trainer? user training onsite to bring the designated MFR training staff up to full user capabilities, thus allowing the MFR to be self-sufficient in the day-to-day training operations. Over the course of the 12-month program, VirTra Systems' technical personnel will be on call and telephonically available to MFR personnel on a 24/7 basis, and will make full maintenance of the IVR simulators, including any required on-site presence, the company's highest priority. In addition, customized MFR training scenarios will be created and deployed on a monthly basis. VirTra Systems is the only known source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 and the Small Business size standard is $18 million dollars. Responses to this notice must be received n o later than 12:00 noon, Central Standard Time, August 17, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
