I agree Tre. The audit is voluntary and is a path to uplisting, however, the company benefits as much as the shareholders. Perhaps if he or his financial dept were more involved in the the audit process they surely would know it wasn't 99% complete. Hopefully the company will learn from this experience and IMO what appears to be lack of involvement at least by the Finance team.
