I also heard this at the end of the presentation that many may have missed -

I am constrained about what I can say about repartnering, but just stay tuned with everybody, we are working very hard on it


If they were not now in specific negotiations with a partner, he would not be "constrained" about what he could say. Being "constrained" about what he can say means he definitely has material information regarding repartnering he can't talk about or release yet. They must be very close to a deal.
