Listening to the call, I somewhat agree with your assessment. YOU are the CEO. How and why is the CFO not filing without your knowledge? If you read his explanation for why Digital Domain went bankrupt, it was other people's fault too. I'm sorry you have lost money on this company. I've lost some too but this was/is a very tiny percentage of my portfolio. Personally, I intend to keep my free trading shares. Best outcome from my perspective is that this new company becomes a major shareholder but not a majority.
