You are correct if you are saying it's confusing....basically JT was saying he was compromised from doing the right thing by investors based on big money using him as a puppet...with this new company he not only gives one a significant value...but flexibility and credibility to do what is right for transparency as well as again flexibility to expose this great tech in many ways for profitability and exposure...

Honestly I think he is a man whose back is against the wall...and he is motivated to prove a lot of people wrong...I was thinking of taking a tax loss and moving on....but what he said made sense for both companies...

Please note this is a very sensitive time,,this is a power struggle...period! One side could sue...dump..counter...who knows...but IMVHO...there is value here despite the chaos...patience wins here...I Think....but what the heck do I know...good luck and God Bless
