So you are saying the 5 year, 1 million dollar contract MVTG made with Alstom, who was later bought by GE for 14 billion dollars was all my imagination? The SEC does not see it that way, as the 8-K filled in 2013 proves.

3M tried to buy MVTG for $5 million dollars in 2009 when all they had was no revenue, no AWS division with 12 million a year in revenue at a 20% gross profit margin, no issued patents (they have about 9-10 now). MVTG's MEA is far from dead and every one knows that inconvenient fact is true.
