"The good doctor stated at the ASM that he would be cautious about PR's ."--seems to me (us) the good Dr. is being overly cautious---perhaps "over-reaction" re:lawsuits---Ceo can't go completely "in a shell" with no information----not right----we need to be informed !!!!!!! Transparancy--very important for a public company !!!!!! Cloak and dagger secrecy is ridiculous !!!!
