It has been pointed out a dozen times already they cannot be "re-listed" as this stock was never "listed" in the first place. Listed is an exchange term, the OTC Market is not an exchange, it is a quotation service. Stocks on the OTC are quoted.

The registration of this stock was suspended and then revoked. The common free trading stock that was revoked currently in accounts will never ever trade on a public market again.

The only short term money from this will be taxes as up to $3000 can be claimed for this year. For those with more than $3000 in losses for each year after the remainder up to $3000 can be claimed. That is the only money those shares will ever see is their tax loss value.
