Word, I read that section. I may be wrong but to me it indicates the warrants were re-priced.

Did our previous warrant agreement include and anti-shorting clause? Now the warrant sharers can be used for anything.

Something is not right about this deal but I can not figure out what is the reason the company take this step for nothing.
