I disagree with you. Actipatch works, but poor management is affecting progress. The product is not available in major stores, which may cause lack of interests by consumers; thus affecting the company's bottom line. Pain sufferers want instant relief, instead of waiting for the product to arrive in the mail. This is why a push to have the products in major stores should have been priority 1, as of initial FDA approval. Actipatch is designed for pain relief; therefore, it's common sense to make it readily available instead of waiting for days. I did not get any sense of urgency when I spoke with AW. He seems to be more interested in selling shares. Again, Actipatch is not an online product; it belongs in local stores so pain sufferers can use it for immediate relief. Just my opinion.
