WC is a private company but Soupman is public company.That is why WC created Gallant brands, too buy Soupman. Just calm down and wait untill the chapter 7 trustee is all finished up and all is done being sorted out. If Soupman was a bankrupt, worthless company the shares would be also and it wouldnnot be trading (or would be trading for a lot lower). Commons would have been wiped out already worthless or the stock would have been halted by the SEC by now. But SOUPMAN was bought and is being revived these things just take time.
