If IDCC and Ericsson filed, and I have no reason to think otherwise, the filings should appear in Pacer later tonight or tomorrow. Judge Lynn's law clerks knew nothing, neither did the docket-records clerks. The latter only have access to the same Pacer that I have. I was told that the clerks that receive the filings do not keep individual records of them. After filing, the documents go into a back office where the docket clerks do the numbering, scanning, and entering into Pacer. Couldn't get to a docket clerk.

Attached to the Nokia 7/22 memorandum #746 are 4 Exhibits that were not scanned into Pacer. One of them is a sworn declaration by NOK's VP of IPR, he gave this on June 26, 2003 and it was filed in the court on July 22. The other exhibits are not important.

The mystery of "who knew what, when" gets even murkier.
