To reiterate...THE AGREEMENT IS A NON-EXCLUSIVE!
If the product were to actually gain some traction and a big operation, such as Walgreens, were to knock on the ICE+JAM door, another one of Seth Shaw's clever business initiatives would be history! There is absolutely NO NONE NADA incentive for ICE+JAM to continue partnering with Tauriga Sciences!
Another "inspired" Seth Shaw strategy! Pay for a some portion of the product development, do the test marketing, but be completely exposed to ICE+JAM ultimately saying "kiss off"!
BOTTOM-LINE....SIMILAR TO CEO SETH SHAW'S HISTORY, THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR THE TAUG INVESTORS!
