Maybe that's the issue. The 10Q goes on to state:

As of September 30, 2017, none of the units have been completed therefore the Company has recorded the payment as a prepaid asset. The agreement may be extended for an additional 12 months based on mutual agreement. The two companies reserve the right to request amendment of the License Agreement at any point during the effective duration.

If that's the issue, the cash infusion from Seth might be what they were waiting on. Glad to hear it's been extended two more years. I was going to get some for folks for gifts in the coming month. It's sold out but the last time I checked there were 19 in stock. That was months ago, but I'm not sure what happened to those 19. Maybe that's the drying issue with the previous batch? Either way, I'm looking forward to getting these before the holiday season is over.
