He thinks all shipping companies are share selling scams imo > post Hx. He's forgetting why they (or any company) goes public in the first place imo. Every business needs to raise capitol. Some might be scams, some not.

The RS is done. The float is low. Even if the float was 10x greater it would still be extremely low and the trading reflects that > very volatile.
