sounds good to me. he is also there, at this point in time, as a consultant to any financial questions that may arise in the hearing. how they respond to demands is a big part of this whole dog and pony show. it is a good move on Huffs part IMO. technical and legal past issues may be a part of it all, but that is for Huff and co. to date.
