If a $.22 pps is not a sufficient reason to vote out PN and the BOD, what else will it take? Certainly it is a reason to vote against ANY compensation plan.

If we hit $.18 as suggested by Iluv (who has been spot on regarding price targets) what is the purpose of a 1-10 split? We would have difficultly maintaining the buck necessary to avoid NASDAQ delisting even after the split. The BOD should take the reverse split off the table and make plans to move to another exchange. This move may even help prevent shorting.

This PPS would be tremendous buying opportunity if the delisting, reverse split issues were no longer on the horizon. The company is now priced for bankruptcy and we can fund operations for a 1 1/2 years. How does less than a 25 million market cap make sense?

Also, we have not met the NASDAQ requirement of an independent BOD so even with a reverse split we could still be delisted. What type BOD candidates do you get with a $.22 priced stock and inept management? PN2? Moving to a lower exchange resolves this issue.

PN should do what is best and resign! If he did resign, in the long run he would make much more money on his stock with a capable CEO and COB.

By the way, the recharacterization of my ROTH IRA's is complete. Thanks again PN!
