what is reasoning behind reverse split? plenty of shares left in authorized? a reverse split would kill shareholder value.
YES! a reverse split will kill the already beleaguered shareholders of TAUG. What is the reasoning? I doubt that the company seeking to go public...especially the likes of which would be interested in this, will feel 4 billion shares is "plenty"...
And by the time a RM ever happens, it will probably be 3.5 billion.
Remember any company seeking to go public is in a start-up phase AND WILL ALSO BE SEEKING FINANCING...COUNT ON IT.... THAT MEANS MORE DILUTION FOR TAUG SHAREHOLDERS.
Just my opinion, of course.... LET'S SEE HOW THIS PLAYS OUT.
