"No need for funding." Now that's just funny, WH. Another empty argument. Why did they double the A/S from 150M to 290M? That event in NOV'16 started the slide from .30 to .08 The market expects more dilution with this one and I'm betting they just wrapped up another round that hasn't been announced yet. Hence the disappearance of VNDM's selling pressure. IMO, it probably officially ends 11/30.
