Exactly right, Ms. Powers controls the SP by controlling news and she controls news by keeping the Phase 3 trial open way past the time it hit its endpoint.

Shareholders are clearly hurt by this except for those who are insiders with shares in Cognate as well.

The inherent conflict of interest in her position is not being resolved to the benefit of retail shareholders.

Maybe everything she has done is legitimate but since Ms. Powers refuses to be transparent and accountable there is no way for us to know and therefore her actions, lack of actions and timing of her actions must speak for themselves.

Right now, what they have to say does not look good and I can only hope that common sense prevails in Bethesda and they recognize that the smartest thing is to avoid future litigation and make sure all shareholders are made whole (assuming DCVaX-L works).
