Hey folks. Don't let anyone folks convince you this is some kind of scam pum-n-dump. Just put your common sense thinking caps on for a second.

Check the FACTS out, people!

Here's the latest news release from HIVE. I QUOTE FROM THE OFFICIAL PR:

"Each Unit consists of one common share (a "Share") and one Share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Share at a price of $3.90 until November 14, 2019. The Shares and the Warrants issued under the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring March 15, 2018. "

OK, so would all the smart gize out there who insist this is some scam pump-n-dump please explain to all us jack-legged fools who are drinking the koolaid...

In what parallel universe do pump-n-dump players sink money in where the terms of the "SCAM" are that they can not even touch the expenditure until 4 months out? UNTIL MARCH 15, 2018?

Really?

I thought, by definition, a pump-n-dump had to be a situation where the available share could be.....

Well, that the available shares could be sold quickly? And at a profit

So, let me wrap my head around this alleged scheme:

You sink money into a pump-n-dump but you are not actually able to get the alleged dumpola money out?

And what was the price at which you have to SINK MORE MONEY IN (to use the warrant)? $3.90. Thats right kiddoes.... to even use the thing you sank stupid money into (got scammed), you have to spend MORE money at a price that is well above current prices!

RIGHT!

Yeah.... pump-n-dump. Uh huh. Yessirreebob.... pump-n-dump.

:o)
