Halbrok.....You bet your bippy it is,,Chapter 7 is only to clear up any debtors claims against old Soupmn.. Gallant went for it because that gaurantees a clean balance sheet. and no lurking creditors coming after ticker is bought.. Hagan has thanked all us Shareholders for being patient through this transition, And has set up a new management, and Team to take Soupman to Higher levels than previously experienced..
