He doesn't follow the stock price and has no idea what it closes at each day. He is just executing the plan. I understand how the failure to open on time would be a big disappointment here, but honestly he is already two months down the road in his thinking. These are hiccups. Doesn't mean a darn thing at corporate. On this level it can be so frustrating. Because no one but the core people know what the heck is going on. Roger is very young, we owe him a few mistakes. He is unorthodox. Isn't that why most of the people here jumped on board anyway?
