YIPI shareholders are thankful that the Yippy micro-office in Marco Island was nott flooded in the latest hurrycaine. Tiny Richard made shure the pico-office was on the second floor (short males always seek to be on the higher floor).

Plus, while the power was ~OUTT for weeks, the YIPI HQ could be rented ~OUTT for fishing from the windows. No power needed to snag some snook in Marco. Will this fishing rental revenue show up on the unaudited, fatal Form 15 dark company 'financials'?

When one is a small businessman and the floods come, it is always good to be the one wearing shoes with lifts.
