We are going to need increased customer base news from Calif and that will not come until after this coming holiday season?
There is yet no evidence of PR campaign results.
This will mean a slow build-out into next state(s), if stock cannot show
its campaign is working in Calif.
I suspect AZ, Colo, OR, Idaho and maybe NV to be logical western states we might be focusing on for placing our tech in.
I am just going to hold and see how it goes.
LTTGF might consider making buying Calif. sited buy lottery mobile purchases possible from cruise ships (not much Feds could do about it IF the ship is in international waters). Particularly English Cruise ships.
Do it from Alaskan waters or Cuban or PR, etc.
Or, English cruise liner off NY . . . 'THEIR Buying Calif. internet lottery tickets from off NEW YORK'!! <---That would fry some special Sea Sauce in the coming SC of NY Case on allowing online Lottery Ticket purchasing to be allowed by State of NY voters and PLAYERS?

there appears to be situation of 'Who On Next?!!' in the Stage Act.
Come on LTTGF! . . . there are more nationwide lottery players than any other from of betting.
If we experience sudden cold and icy weather and snowed-in this winter . . . folks are gong to want to gamble online at home . . . and that may work to our favor IF LTTGF makes some ads available about how Calif. residents like to sit home and lottery gamble.
You could make some really funny ads of folks cell or laptop announcing the winning at home as they are cooking or showering, or winning on vacation?
