A liitle over a month left, then I'll agree with you.
Who do you think is running the show ? Board of Directors , of which d'Couto is one?
"As previously noted, the Board of Directors determined that it was in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders to cease being an SEC reporting company. Shareholders maintain their share ownership and retain their rights as shareholders."
Unfortunately, the rights of shareholders for a Nevada Corporation aren't too impressive.
