I think d'Couto has really washed his hands of the whole PR side of things.
Paul Sidlo, as " Co-President and Chief Strategy Officer", is the one we should focus on.
As D'Couto said in that final gloomy PR ," The Company shall devote its resources to its core business, escape the "penny-stock" oppressive share price of the OTCBB capitalization and build real value."
What exactly he meant by that I'm still not sure
