Galaxy is a sales representative for Vitastem. VDRM entered into a licensing deal with Biogenx for Vitastem. From my limited experience, it appears the Biogenx deal would prevail because they have the license deal for Vitastem with VDRM, but some of the overhead that is paid to Biogenx would be pushed to Galaxy. While it is certainly unclear, all Asian sales would go through Biogenx with VDRM getting their 5%. Hence the reason the other distributor deal had to be under a different name "Dermafix". Same product, but different name so as to not infringe on the Biogenx deal. Just my opinion from what has been made public.
