Entrust had a similar OOBA/MFA patent that they claimed in countersuit that SFOR was infringing so both parties appear to have drop all litigations and resolve to use each others IP and not bring suit in the future.

Whether SFOR got any $$ is still up in the air as well as whether suits can be litigated in the future.

The other infringers do not have patents so the chances of settlements are percentage wise looking more favorable.
