Maybe the shorts could dip it a bit.

I have been trying to top off, but keep just missing. I have only so much dry powder left so I am limited as to the price I have to get them at.

Like you, I believe it is going to rebound and would like to top off just before it does.

Let me put it this way. I am trying to keep my cost average low.
