ALL distributions - WMIH shares and cash (if any) - will be divided 75% to former pref holders and 25% to former common holders. This is abundantly clear from the POR. There are several posters who have spun elaborate theories pointing to different outcomes, but those theories are directly at odds with the POR.

This was all worked out and agreed upon by this board back in early 2012, when there were a substantial number of very saavy posters, some of whom attended the bankruptcy court hearings.

It is a shame that the original gospels have been corrupted by a couple of guys who were on the fringe back then but now - due to the departure of the competent - seem to be trying to establish their own cults among the lost by using a lot of fancy sounding mumbo-jumbo.
