The Delaware operations were always a scam. At first they had the office listed inside an insurance company. They got outed on that and moved it into a broom closet at a glove manufacture. Busted again, so they finally leased some 'show' space in a tech incubator executive suite setup. The lab there was a complete joke and likely 100% fake going off the pictures posted at one point on their facebook page.

Once a scam, always a scam. Insiders creed is to fake it until they make it!!!

My market sources say they don't have a chance.
