Horsefeathers! They just swore under oath they had no money to pay Asher!

So what exactly would be their motive to go public again after revocation if not to raise money dumping shares on fresh victims?

Because they like to spend the time and money to make regular filings?

There is only one reason they would want to become public again... to sell shares!

Anyone have an alternate motive for the company to try to go public again after they are revoked?
