I think that if our lawyers/Mark didn’t truly believe a wash settlement was a positive, they would have intentionally gotten it under an NDA... to keep it under wraps for as long as possible. Entrust wouldn’t have cared either way, they consider break even a win too.

I doubt our lawyers are concerned at all about the other pending suits. Entrust has a patent that was close enough to be dangerous, they knew it and used it. Other infringers don’t.
