My main point I’m trying to make is we need a SINCERE EFFORT to begin test marketing to the team sports market.
They are in business to make money (for the shareholders too)... by not marketing the two device already cleared by the FDA shows me they had NO PLAN IN PLACE once we got the clearance. Even worse, it looks to me that they are still scrambling. And this is only going to be more obvious next year when they’re still trying to come up with plan B & C.
In my opinion, if we don’t find a buyer to take this project over it may never make it to the main stream here at home.
By begging congress to consider this product for use in the opioid epidemic is showing their very weak hand IMO. How can they honestly think that we could give these to senior citizens and others controlled by opioids a chance to use the Actipatch product line - when it hasn’t even gotten clearance from the FDA yet.
Does that make sense? To anyone? If so please explain.
SO WHY WAIT TO TEST MARKET TEAM SPORTS? Because at this point it is hard to not see they are in over their head at this point. In business you don’t wait, you out your head down and continue to march forward. And with. Product that works as well as this product works, expect to start running soon after the test marketing begins.
In the interview and even said something to he effect that he hopes they gain clearance from the FDA in the early part of next year. To me that says that would be the soonest we can expect clearance from the FDA.
Don’t forget the competitors are aware of this new way of treating injuries, the whole space is trying to beat us to market. At this point, they just might beat us to market, because we’re just not making good sound business decisions. We’re becoming desperate? This product is too good to not get a chance to show it off to the rest of the world!!!

In business, it never sleeps. Try harder team BIEL, shareholder are counting on better decisions from the top.
