mickeybritt: I have NO PERCENTAGES as I am not as close to the issue as Merritt is. He knows what his engineers are working on. He knows how many patents go into any product/application they are working on. Just like cell phones, there are MANY PATENTS THAT MAKE CELL PHONES WORK AND MANY FINGERS IN THOSE PIES AND MANY CHEFS IN THOSE KITCHENS.

IF IDCC CAN GENERATE BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS down the road annually, then why aren't Apple, Intel, Microsoft, Samsung, Cisco, Broadcom, and the likes offering to buy out IDCC today at $250 per share IF in 3-5 years IDCC will be generating billions and trillions of dollars in revenues? Because they have analysts who are thousands of times smarter than you and I that look at these things and in their mind know what you say ain't gonna happen (at least for IDCC)

SO, maybe you are correct and IoT will generate billions and Billions of dollars each year for InterDigital, but after taxes and bonuses, it will result in $100 million to shareholders in the form of net revenues.
