You’re misrepresenting my statements. I simple stated that he note “grace period” in the shareholder letter to avoid locking down a date and having to miss the deadline. That is a fact that he used the word “grace period.” I assumed reasons for the delay, those are opinions.

As Banofee stated today, the OTC allows for extension of the grace period if reason is justifiable. Since QTMM ticker is still trading, then most of us assume QMC is in direct contact with the OTC and has been granted an extension. The only additional fact is that we don’t know the reason for exceeding 30 days. We only know trading hasn’t been halted. We can only assume why.
