That's how TAUG retires notes. Now that the settlement is known, the death spiral guys that Seth borrowed money from are no longer looking at a windfall. So for them its adios. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the paid consultant is selling shares for him and his family. After all wasn't the family patriarch told that the verdict could be as high as $1 billion?
