There are 2 keys items that are news worthy that traders are waiting on 1) a partnership announcement to fund and build this mine, 2) an announcemenmt of completed permiting to do the same. Both instruments have been touted as being online to be announced before December is out. The partnership carrot keeps getting pushed back since this summer. Last year before Kerrisdale did a hit piece to short NAK the sp was in the mid $3.50's. Since that crash the share price has been struggling to regain old territory. There is more to this story but for the trading community these last 2 2017 events is what we're waiting on. After that, most are going to take the money and RUN.
