Looks like they both Sued for patent infringement.!!

I'm a believer here, but for SFOR to settle for patent infringement is not a good thing, going forward!! Again!!,, I hope I'm wrong here!!,,
But how will this Settlement Strengthen SFOR's other cases??? If you settle for patent infringement,,then how can you accuse others!!??
This is ugly now!! I hope I'm wrong!!
