Technically he helped potential or non shareholders. He's killed current shareholders. Ive always hated the language in these processes. Argued, and won, with the ombudsman once when I was prevented from selling a stock. How is it helping those who want to get what they can? If people still want to buy my shares after this then they have something wrong with them.
