This is crazy talk. Gay and Kaufman have more than enough money, connections, and clout to just start their own similar concept. No need to do a hostile takeover. It's not like Giggles has cornered the market with two locations and Jillian Michaels as the face of the company.

Listen, Gay is going to work for anyone who pays him. Giggles is paying him. His success is not directly tied to Giggles -- if it fails, Gay will be just fine. Moreover, Gay and Kaufman have zero ability to do anything as long as Giggles has no cash to expand.
