Another very plausible thought is Philip Gay is not a stupid man. Say he is just a glorified consultant to GIGL and not what JP makes it seem. Well, there is still enough interest in the concept and it certainly does work, so hear me out on this.

He F's JP on this entire Bahrain thing all the while shares are being accumulated (which they are) and then his group or that of a close friend swoops in and forces JP out. Wouldn't that be something. If he and John did it before, just oust JP and do it again but for YOURSELF - not as consultants to an inexperienced "CEO". Business is business

When you gain more shares than the founder, you have voting control, correct ? AM I missing something ?
