The profile coverage was stopped dead in its tracks before it started. I can only speculate that Finra is questioning the hiding of revenues through the subsidiaries.

I went through the financials over the last few years. Almost every share is owned by management or one of their associates. Through the R/S and added share compensations they own roughly around 97% of the shares. The float is very small. I speculate 3 million shares in the hands of retail investors, and the MM/Promoter are holder possibly another 10 to 15 million shares.

Management are all heavy hitters w personal wealth so they will never to a standard promotion to raise petty cash. The MM/Promoter is clueless to the corporate agenda.
