I emailed ceo after pr and asked when they thought they would be able to partner tech. Below is his response

Yes, the results were very pleasing.

The advice we have consistently received is that we will only be able to
partner after we have an assay developed on a strip. We will proceed down
that route. However, we do have a plan to try and get some earlier
engagement.
