MCIG only allegedly applied for a Production License, not a cultivation license. Per their own PR.

A totally deceptive claim. The PR talks about two licenses. It says mCig is "seeking" a license for manufacturing medical marijuana. These licenses are currently available and would allow them to cultivate MJ. "Seeking" doesn't necessarily mean "applying". They could be looking to buy such a license.

The Second license is for commercial production. These licenses aren't available until 2018 and no one can actually apply yet since the legislature hasn't yet finalized the rules. They can only begin to prepare what they think will need to complete the application requirements.

MCIG Takes Further Steps To Capitalize On The Lucrative Cannabis Opportunity In California City

mCig has been transparent about licensing the land in California City

As for...

And, again, it looks like MCIG is late to the game w/ mj cultivation in California City; since they've reached their limit for cultivation permits - until they actually increase those limits.

California City plans to issue a lot more permits for MJ cultivation and production

...and...

And, there is no evidence that MCIG has obtained production permits and production land use permits from California City; since, MCIG doesn't actually own any land yet.

Another straw man argument, mCig has never claimed they "obtained" these licenses, only that they are seeking and applying for them.

Debunked Again
